Single Family Homes
Single family homes are under construction by Lennar, Perry Homes and Highland Homes. Homes will range in size from 1,000 sq.ft. to over 3,500 sq.ft. and start from the low $200s. All have garages and fenced yards.
Each new home builder has different customizable features to their homes to truly make a home ‘your own’. Homes are available for purchase, and owners can make the home available for rent in accordance with the HOA (Homeowners Association) guidelines.
Each home is a member of the VIDA HOA and will have access to the owners pool and clubhouse, planned for future construction.

Duplexes
VIDA will soon have duplexes available for purchase or for rent. Constructed by Perry Homes, these 3 and 4 bedroom attached duplexes are expected to be available in late 2023. Duplexes will be a part of the VIDA HOA and will have access to the owners pool and clubhouse. Stay tuned for more information on duplex living at VIDA.
Townhomes
Townhomes by Sitterle Homes will line University Way and provide quality attached homes with garages and yards. They are anticipated to begin construction mid 2023 for completion in 2024. Townhomes will be a part of the VIDA HOA and will also have access to the owners pool and clubhouse. More information on the townhomes at VIDA will be available later this year.
Aspire at VIDA Apartments
Aspire at VIDA will feature garden-style apartments across Jaguar Parkway from Texas A&M University. The studios, one and two-bedroom apartments will have an on-site clubhouse, pool and dog park. Aspire at VIDA is slated to commence construction in late 2022, with anticipated completion in 2024. Information on apartment rentals will be coming in 2023.
