Community Update: April 2024

More homes are on the way: construction continues on single-family homes, Los Arcos is now leasing apartments, and townhomes are set to start construction later this year.

2024 is shaping up to be a banner year for VIDA. New events, outdoor spaces, and amenities are in the works, which are giving residents opportunities to gather. Meanwhile, progress continues on the construction of the new University Health campus and implementation of VIDA’s landscaping plan.

VIDA Hosts Its First Block Party

In March, VIDA hosted its first block party at Ana Park. The block party gave residents an opportunity to meet their neighbors while enjoying barbecue from food truck vendor 3B BBQ. The community has quarterly events where neighbors enjoy meeting each other. Homeowner orientations for new and existing owners occur monthly.

These new facilities will not only bring members of the community access to a 24-hour emergency room, primary care, nutritional services, mental healthcare, and an array of other vital medical services; they will also create many employment opportunities in the healthcare industry.

Los Arcos Now Accepting Applications

Los Arcos at VIDA is now accepting applications! There have been an overwhelming number of inquiries about apartment availability, so we expect that they will get leased pretty quickly.
