Come celebrate the final event of Fiesta 2022 with VIDA on Sunday, April 10th from 1-8pm. Texas A&M University-San Antonio’s annual Festival De Cascarones is a fun culmination of Fiesta. Free and open to the public, this event will feature live music, food, games, and fun for the whole family – all day long! There will be a Kids Zone for the young ones. And bring your (leashed) pet for a relaxing day outside with family and friends. And win free VIDA fiesta medals and other prizes throughout the day.

VIDA Builders Highland Homes and Perry Homes will be onsite to share more information about the new homes coming to VIDA and answer your questions.
From making flower crowns to artwork projects, live DJs and performances, and a larger-than-life roaming Frida doll, be sure to join us at VIDA to celebrate the end of Fiesta at Festival de Cascarones. The VIDA plaza will feature delicious eats for sale from Mi Taqueria Arandas Jalisco and Just Smash ‘Em Lemonade & Kettle Corn. There will also be artisan vendors like Dezynr and La Casa Frida on-site with beautiful, handmade jewelry, accessories and crafts.
Be sure to stick around for headliner Kevin Fowler and the annual smashing of the cascarones.
